about

Bring back bedtime! Insomnia affects roughly 60 million Americans each year; according to NPR, it disproportionately affects women and people over the age of 65. One of the biggest complaints of women in particular is going to sleep and waking up four hours later and being unable to go back to sleep for at least another hour. Developing healthy sleep habits can help all forms of insomnia, and coloring is a calming activity that can help your mind relax and unwind. So put down your cell phone. Shut off the TV. And color your way back to sleep. With nearly 100 coloring templates, all featuring images and shapes designed to put your mind into that peaceful and serene state essential for a healthy sleep. Instead of looking at a screen when insomnia hits, Color Me to Sleepoffers a creative, relaxing alternative.

Don't forget to try Color Me Calm, Color Me Happy, Color Me Stress-Free, and Color Me Fearless!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Amazing! There are so many different scenes to colour and they are all so calming. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Colouring Book I love the simplicity of the art in this book. The chapters come with introductions and you can learn new things that will aid in relaxation. The art work on the boarder for each chapter is very sweet. It is much more relaxing than the extremely intricate art found in many "calming books".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new favourite colouring book! I got a review copy of the book and fell in love with it from the start. The pages are one sided, thick and each section has a different border. I have used markers, pencil crayons, and watercolour pencil crayons on different pages and there was no bleeding and they all looked fantastic. There are different sections with some great sleep tips in each and the afterword is very useful. My favourite pictures are in the "sleep scenes" section but honestly I have coloured in at least one in every section and they're all great. The drawings in Color Me To Sleep strike the perfect balance - detailed enough that my interest is kept, but not so intricate that I get frustrated and give up. Colouring is the perfect activity before bed - no blue light from screens to keep me awake and the soothing nature of colouring helps me unwind. I've already bought a couple of copies as gifts for friends.
