about

From Marsha M. Linehan--the developer of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)--this comprehensive resource provides vital tools for implementing DBT skills training. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helpful Manual Attended an intensive DBT training and the trainer recommended this manual. I found it very helpful as I was new to DBT.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Good Foundation Linehan's DBT manual is a must-have for any therapists looking to understand DBT or who provide DBT. The only complaint in the book is that the information provided is not always linear - there are times that one section will provide a key insight relevant to a previous section of the book that would have been good to know earlier.
