I love this book because at the end of the book, it explains about the different gf flours by weight : light, medium and heavy. To get a good gf flour, you need a blend of flours. I always use Cara's special blend for everything (recipe at the end of the book) and everything tastes great! It works! I also like that she talks about substitutions for dairy which I can't have. Great book!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Must Have Book I LOVE this book on so many levels. #1 there is a recipe for mint girl guide cookies! Let me tell you that this homemade version is so much better than the actual recipe (because of taste, ingredients and health). #2 the recipes are easy to follow and all of them I have made so far have turned out great #3 my whole family has found these delicious and they usually hate vegan gluten-free recipes!
