In this sequel to Doon, Kenna Reid realizes she made a horrible mistake—choosing to follow her dreams of Broadway instead of staying in the enchanted land of Doon. To make everything worse, she's received her Calling—proof she and Duncan are each other's one true love—and it's pure torment, especially when visions of the very alluring Doonish prince appear right before she goes on stage. Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'll cross the bridge for you <3!! After finishing the full series, I completely appreciate this novel more than the first time I read it. This is mostly from Kenna's point of view. And upon first reading it, was slightly disappointed there wasn't more Vee. After finishing the full series this novel is pivotal to Kenna's full journey. Kenna is someone that I can relate to on a deeper level. She just wants to be loved for who she is, but is afraid of getting hurt my Duncan. I can't wait to re-read the third novel.. I need more Doon !!

Editorial Reviews

Praise for the Doon Series ". musical-theater fans will rejoice to see two heroines so well versed in their world, who drop references to many well-loved Broadway productions as they stumble their way through a medieval village, out of the mists and out of time." - Booklist
