Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Truth “Detoxify Yourself” changed my life. If you’re looking to eat clean and get rid of the toxins in your life this book will guide you along the path to your success. Drew uses language that is easy to understand and focuses on gradually change over time which makes it manageable. One of my favourite sections in the book talks about a mental detox. Drew encourages the reader to look inside themselves to get rid of stress and teaches us how to be positive with ourselves. In addition, the meal plan and grocery lists helped me stay organised and on track. The great part is this is not a diet. This book takes you on a journey that will soon become the way you live.
