Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great book A beautiful cookbook full of full color photos of meals that look delicious. As the books title suggests "changing the game" the dinners are not all your typical meat and potato meals. So many creative ideas and recipes I'd like to try from it!

That said, portion sizes are all over the map, ingredients listed in the titles don't appear in the recipes and many of the 'meals' need other dishes to have a complete/balanced meal.
