Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Great Book! My son loved it. The only problem is that he has to wait until October for the next one! The boys use their problem solving skills (a great lesson for any child). They do take on more than any child should. However, that is the premise of the whole series - for a child's imagination to take them where they could not possibly venture. Because I am reading it with my son it allowed me the opportunity to discuss such issues as not going near wild animals, etc. As a parent and teacher I welcome any teaching-learning moments with my children!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Action packed but with reckless behaviour The boys continue their action packed adventures in Dino World. They use quick thinking to solve the dilemma that they encounter. However, they also engage in reckless and dangerous behaviour by approaching and feeding large wild animals. This is the sort of thing that may make kids think it is all right to approach a bear or a deer in the wild and offer it food. From that standpoint, I find the book objectionable, but strictly from a writing and story telling perspective, the book (and the series) is well thought out, engaging, and fun for any girl or boy who loves dinosaurs.
