Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved the book! I read this book because I need to get better at focus. The book delivers its promise extremely well. In the process it offers other business insights because the author brings “doing less better” into every facet of management such as leadership, strategy, implementation, innovation, HR and marketing, even a person’s daily to-do list. By doing this, the author shares the factors that are most important to sustain business vitality, particularly for small to medium-sized companies. This comes through early in the book within “The Steel and Steal of Strategy” chapter. Great read. I’m looking forward to implementing the lessons learned.
