Rated 5 out of 5 by from I keep on coming back to this book When I experience one of those day I know what I want to eat, want to try a different flavour or method of cooking, but don't know what I should make, I come to this book time and time again. When she says it's classics, she really means it. You get a variety of different cultural food with a twist. I've tried about 5 recipes and they are all stellar. My favourite is the rum and date cake with caramel sauce!
