Stay up all night with this New York Times bestselling romantic suspense story from the “queen of supernatural thrillers” (Kirkus Reviews).

Janie Hannagan lives on the fringe, cursed with an ability she doesn’t want and can’t control: She gets sucked into other people’s dreams. Things go from bad to worse when Janie is sucked into a chilling nightmare—and for the first time, Janie is more than a witness to someone else’s twisted psyche. She is a participant.

Janie discovers that local burnout Cabel is the person having the nightmares—and that Cabel is hiding a few secrets of his own. As these two outsiders come together to learn more about how to harness Janie’s ability, they also find themselves growing ever closer...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Unique Read Before I say anything else, let me just say that this series is so unique! The world, writing style, and everything. Really enjoyed it. When I first saw this series, I did not expect myself to like it so much. I picked this series up because I really like the cover, as it is beautiful and mysterious, and I like anything that gives off a mysterious feeling. When I look at the what it is about, I found myself drawing into it and wanting to read it. But because each book is about only 200 pages long, I did not expect it to have much in between pages. But oh, was I wrong. This series was magnificent. It captured my attention throughout every second of it. I can really feel the challenges Janie faces because of her "ability". Plus, because it is a short read, time is not a major concern, as you can slowly read it through without worrying about not having enough time to finish it. Overall, I must say that Wake is definitely worth the read if you are looking for something short and dreamy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved this I read this a while ago after my friend recommended it to me. I loved the idea it is original and something you don't see everyday. I liked the characters and the fact that each of the three books weren't repeats they were all different. I would definitely recommend this.
