Rated 5 out of 5 by from A heart warming piece of work Life, itself, is a struggle. This was how I used to think before I had a chance to read this book. This book has helped open my eyes and my heart by realizing how I have always let all the "small stuffs" in life bother me. It definitely helps change my perspective in life. Though life to me now is still fill with different challenges but with my new perspective in life, I have always believed that ultimately everything will turn out the way we all want it to be. A life with more laughter, more sharing, more understanding,... with less sadness, less tear, less stress is a much worthwhile life don't you think??? Enjoy the book and hope that you'll become a much happier person after you read it! Remember, Life is full of wonderful surprises if you know how to look for them !!! An EXCELLENT piece of work! Thank you RICHARD CARLSON!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Under Pressure-Read It ! Recently, I received this book as a gift from my mother. I have been under substantial amounts of stress over the past several months, both at work and at home. After reading Don't Sweat..., I have taken a different look at my life and what bothers me. Most of it was "small stuff". Consequently, I have adapted a new strategy for dealing with "life's little problems" and I can honestly say that this book has changed my life. Thanks Doc !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Book Although this book may seem to be filled with just common sense, it is nice to be reminded of the little things we do know, but often forget in our busy lives. This book is not meant to change your life, it just mearly reminds you not to sweat the small stuff. I think it's a very heart warming book..well worth reading.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DON'T BUY!! This book is for rich middle class busy people who don't have a life. Yes, I'm serious. It is filled with advice that everyone knows about. If you are poor, spend your money at McDonalds. This idealistic book will not help you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from pretty poor I personnaly think that this book is just an a trap. People buy it and think there life will be better after it. Well it's just a way to make money. Anybody could have write a book like that! Waste of time and of money! At least when we buy a science fiction book we KNOW it's not suppose to be real...This book is a total disapointement!!!
