Rated 5 out of 5 by from E x c e l l e n t ! What a delightful book! It's packed with ideas that make you think. Lots of separate 'articles' so you can digest one at a time. Easy to read. Topics such as 'Don't Wait for Bad News to Appreciate Your Life' and 'Forgive Your Outbursts'. Another book I love: Perfect Parenting - The Dictionary of 1000 Tips by Elizabeth Pantley.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't Sweat the Small Stuff With Your Family After reading Carlson's number one bestseller "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff" I was anxiously awaiting his next book. In his latest book we learn how not to let small annoyances, or "small stuff" in our home lives get us down. From dealing with whiney, fighting children, working out issues with your spouse and hassles over household chores. My favorite was # 100: "Treat your family members as if this were the last time you were going to see them." Richard Carlson is a frequent lecturer and stress consultant. His books have definitely changed my outlook on family life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't Sweat the Small Stuff with Your Family This is the third book with the "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff" theme, with short (2-3 page) ideas to better your home life every day. In the competitive world which we raise families today, these simple, common-sense thoughts really work. Among them are the trendy ones, implification, gratitude, slowing down and of course the author's theme, "it's all small stuff." Included are psychological insights to help keep you calmer. Among the numerous self-help titles available today this is a great one to buy as a gift as well as read yourself.
