Celebrate sleep with Dr. Seuss’s classic rhyming bedtime story picture book. Van Vleck, a very small bug, is getting sleepy, and his yawn—contagious as yawns are—sets off a chain reaction, making all those around him feel sleepy, too! With typically Seussian nods to alarm clocks, sleepwalking, and snoring, this charming ode to bedtime will lull listeners (and readers) toward dreamland. Zzzzzzzzzz.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Try not to yawn. I remember reading this book when I was young and I could never get through it without yawning myself. It is amazing how good this book works to make children relaxed enough to go to sleep without a fight. I now have a little one myself and I actually went on the internet and did a search to find this book so I can buy it for my son to help him go to sleep. If you don't believe that this book is that good read it for yourself and try not to yawn. You will be surprised that you can't make it through the whole book without at least one yawn. Sleep Book is wonderful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best! In all of Dr. Seuss's silliness, this is the best book to get your child to sleep! When you read about everybody else going to sleep, it becomes very difficult not to stifle a yawn yourself!
