Dreams in Kratocracy is based upon a dream of a future world of shortages and surveillance devices. Kratocracy, is defined as government by a small elite who seize power through force or cunning.

The synopsis was written on 22nd June 2009 and the original novel was published on the 7th March 2010. It was rewritten between July 2011 and March 2012.
