Vincent Gasnier became the youngest-ever recipient of the title “Master Sommelier” in 1997. This distinguished international title is the highest drinks qualification in the world, and has been awarded only 120 times. Born in the Loire Valley, Gasnier trained as a Sommelier in Paris, working at a number of great Michelin-starred restaurants, including Laurent and Jules Verne. Awarded the Ruinart Sommelier of the Year, and the Dom Perignon Award, he now runs his own consulting company.
