It's jam packed with so much useful information and suggestions to make small step changes toward living a healthier life. I appreciated that the author based all of the his material on studies and presented it in such simple language which made it an incredibly easy read. My praise and thanks to the author and I would highly recommend this book to everyone. You'll be surprised of the impacts our typical lifestyle habits are having on us.
