Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unfortunate. Let me save everyone the time. Animal products cause cancer, only eat salads. It is a shame because the studies are well explained however he does not remain unbiased when explaining them. One minute he's stressing the important of avoiding animal products because of a study in rats that linked them with cancer. Then when another study in rats counters his point, he stresses that rats are different than humans...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works! I've given many of these books away. I was diagnosed with CFS/ME, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, high cholesterol and triglycerides and needed to loose weight. I am fairly symptom free and blood tests are much better. It really works for sustained weight control. It's logical information based on long term research, not a fad diet book. If you are serious about making a commitment to being healthy and pain free, it works. The title explains the program. Give it a few weeks on the program to get rid of the toxins and feel great and it's hard to go back to eating "junk".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Program Works I followed the Eat to Live Program since we saw Joel Fuhrman on a Channel 17 health program a few years ago. The weight came off quickly and three years later, the weight fluctuation has been appx 5-7lbs. It is not hard to follow and you aren't hungry and the food gives you a better appreciation for the natural produce we have in Ontario. I recommend this program to everyone who, not only wants to lose weight, but who wants to keep their body in top condition from the inside out. I love this program. Read the book first. Then read it again. Understand what he's saying and you'll be amazed but the SUSTAINABLE results.
