Rated 5 out of 5 by from Intriguing, mysterious What does one do when they go on holiday to cottage country, why read of course....and that is exactly what i did. Eerie and Eccentric Tales is written in a fashion that captures your interest right from the beginning. I found myself trying to figure what the endings might be, but only to be surprised at how creative Sandra was in crafting the unexpected endings, very well done! Imagination and creativity you will find in abundance in this book. The artwork and photos she has used within the book lend very nicely to each tale. The great thing about owning a paper copy of a book is that you can easily flip between pages and recapture favourite pieces, and i did this. I came up with a list of my most favourite tales, which was not easy to do, because they are all very good, they all have unique story lines with interesting characters and as you read about them it feels like you know them. But i did pick one, my absolute favourite is "The Disturbers of Peace", mainly because this is a story which really had me thinking about myself, i wont say more than that because well i don't want to give away how it ends! Now a dear friend of mine gave me the book as a birthday present, along with Sandra's newest book Wailing Whispers, which i am about to delve into. I sure hope she is working on crafting a new book to add to her collection and to mine! I would recommend this book to those who love a good intriguing tale. An excellent read.
