About The Author

Dr. Rajeev Roy is Associate Professor, Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar, and teaches marketing and Entrepreneurship. An Alumnus of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad and PhD (Marketing) from Utkal University, he is visiting faculty in several reputed institutions on Indian and abroad.
