Author Interview
Q-What makes Eternal special?
A-Eternal is a dark fantasy romance set in a remote (fictional) English town. Sarina is an African American witch who meets and falls in love with a Shifter. Eternal is a dark and sexy interracial romance.
In fantasy African American protagonists are rare, and as a black woman, it saddened me that there were so few fantasy stories portraying someone of my race.  Fantasy and so many other genres are in danger of telling one type of story. The same ethnicity, gender, and sexuality portrayed over and over again in stories. I hope that as the years go on the fantasy genre will become more diverse.
Q-Does this story have magic?
A-Absolutely! Sarina is a Witch, and Cole is a Shifter. Without magic, there would be no story.
Q-Is this a sexy story?
A- Yes! Eternal has sexual tension and sex (in later episodes), but nothing explicit.
Q- Is the relationship between Sarina and Cole the heart of the story?
A- Absolutely. Their relationship is the reason things get tough. Without their relationship, there would be no story.
Q: What is a serial?
A-A story told over several episodes, similar to a television series. There is a conflict to be solved in each episode, but there are significant overarching conflicts that resolve as the story unfold.
