After studying ballet, modern dance and theatre dance for 15 years, she started to pursue her career as an instructor of sport activities for adults and modern dance.
In the 90s, she started her holistic and spiritual research, attending courses on psychic energy movement and later on yoga, together with meditation. Afterwards, she created her own method of teaching integral yoga and meditation.
Today she runs the Vishudda association, where she teaches and directs people in participating in creative courses but also manual courses, evolutionary art, integral yoga and meditation courses.
