Rated 5 out of 5 by from good book for new vegans This is a good book for new vegans or those exploring a vegan-vegetarian lifestyle. I became a vegetarian two years ago but haven’t been able to transition into vegan. I have found the book very helpful. It gives you all the reasons why a plant based diet is the way to go. It then dives into the recipes very quickly. There is lots to choose from and most recipes are reasonable, quick and tasty!
