Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic and Vibrant Book Definitely one of Jamie's best - these are day to day recipes everyone is capable of cooking to share, host, freeze to save for later days of the week or to serve at large parties. They're healthy, balanced, original yet creative and full of vibrant colours. It's amazing to see his photography too, and the additional info on health which is is extremely passionate about - its not just fantastic food, its how all of it points back to becoming, truly, a healthier and happier person!

I have tried at least 8 of the recipes so far and everything has turned out fantastic. I have now bought 2 more as gifts for friends and plan to buy another one for my sister in law.

My friend got this book for Christmas and as I sifted through it, there were a lot of recipes that called for special ingredients so you would have to go out and set up your pantry before you started anything but in general the recipes are lighter in fare and sound delicious. My friend made the tortillas from scratch and they turned out amazing.
