F" stands for "funny" in this perfect gift for students or anyone who has ever had to struggle through a test and needs a good laugh. Celebrating the creative side of failure in a way we can all relate to,F in Exams gathers the most hilarious and inventive test answers provided by students who, faced with a question they have no hope of getting right, decide to have a little fun instead. Whether in science (Q: What is the highest frequency noise that a human can register? A: Mariah Carey), the humanities (Q: What did Mahatma Gandhi and Genghis Khan have in common? A: Unusual names), math, or other subjects, these 250 entries prove that while everyone enjoys the spectacle of failure, it's even sweeterto see a FAIL turn into a WIN."
Richard Benson is the author of several humor books. He lives in London.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from F for Boring A big "meh". At first - oh this is cute. but as it goes on the humour is so repetitive. Mostly just word play of words that sound like the word they SHOULD have written. I thought it was supposed to be based on REAL answers given by students but it came across as made up funny answers - so it lacked the humour of "A person actually wrote this!" to "Yeah - I don't think a real student wrote these". Even if people "submitted" these I suspect the people who submitted them made them up rather them coming from a real test. Big disappointment for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Funny Book I got this as a gift for a friend for her university graduation. She thought it was hilarious. Great gift for graduations, funny read/keepsake.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from So Funny, But Not Worth Buying So so funny, but there's nothing that makes this book unique from what you can find online. Probably a good gift, especially as a stocking stuffer or for a teacher, but I wouldn't recommend buying for yourself.
