Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looking Forward to Trying These Recipes As someone who enjoys exercising a lot, I was interested in this book because it offered recipes specifically geared towards athletes. In this book all the recipes are portable or designed to be easily carried with you while exercising. I've read through the book and have noted quite a few recipes that I am looking forward to trying. I like the variety that is available and the fact that most of the recipes don't require too long to make. There are vegetarian and gluten-free options, so there should be something for everyone. I would definitely recommend this book for any athletes looking for portable meals that look delicious and can be used to enhance their training.
