Editorial Reviews

Twenty-One year old Preston Meadows comes from a very affluent family, and actually is pretty wealthy in his own right. He works for his father's company, and has led a very sheltered life. The only person he ever felt like he could be himself around was his older sister Katie, who was actually sort of like a surrogate mother to him while he was growing up. When he learns that she is missing, and probably kidnapped, he decides to go against his fathers wishes and try and find her. Will he be able to figure out where his sister Katie is?With short chapters and a very engaging lead character this book is a very quick read. Following along with Preston as he takes to the streets to find his sister was often quite funny, after all he really didn't have any experience interacting with "regular" people. Preston was such a unique man, it's hard to say a lot about him without giving anything away, but I will say I enjoyed watching his character grow and change as the story progressed. I love when a story has a paranormal twist and the author provides us with that in this story.Overall, this book was much more than just a mystery. The author weaves together humor, engaging characters, as well as a bit of mystery, romance and a paranormal twist to make this story one not to be missed
