She has sold over three million workout videos. Her nationwide seminars attract crowds of 1,500 plus. Her website receives more than 90,000 hits a day, mostly from T-Tappers who support one another through thick and thin–literally. Yet, despite this phenomenal success, chances are that you haven’t heard of Teresa Tapp, creator of the revolutionary T-Tapp fitness program. That’s about to change.

T-Tapp is the most efficient and effective workout you’ll ever do. It requires no equipment, no weights, and no bands. There is no jumping to stress your joints. Everyone gets results regardless of fitness level and you never need to do more than eight repetitions of any movement. T-Tapp reshapes your body while it fires up your metabolism so that it burns fat faster. All you need is four square feet of space and just 15 to 45 minutes a day in order to see a dramatic loss of inches. Most T-Tappers see results within seven days. How does this happen? T-Tapp’s unique sequence of comprehensive, compound muscle movements work the muscles layer by layer, from the inside out, to cinch in, tighten, tone, and burn fat better.

Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes is the complete introduction to this amazing program. It includes Teresa Tapp’s signature 15-minute workout, as well as an extended 45-minute workout for those who want a higher level of fitness–or faster results! No matter which you choose, you can

• lose a clothing size–in just two weeks
• flatten your belly without doing a single crunch
• develop strength and improve bone density without lifting a single weight
• build sleek muscles and improve posture
• lower blood pressure and cholesterol the natural way

Recent medical studies even show that T-Tapp improves blood-sugar levels in type 2 diabetics. Plus, the no-impact workout is safe for those with shoulder, hip, knee, neck, and back concerns–it may even alleviate chronic pain. Additionally, T-Tapp is effective as a wellness workout for such conditions as arthritis, fibromyalgia, lupus, chronic fatigue syndrome, and multiple sclerosis. So with T-Tapp you build a better body–inside and out.

Completely illustrated with step-by-step photographs that show how to do the exercises, as well as incredible before-and-after photographs, many in full color, of real-life T-Tappers, Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes also includes inspiring testimonials and an easy-to-follow food plan that lets you eat the food you love without guilt or ever going hungry. If you want real results–real fast–tap into the power of T-Tapp!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A Total Waste of Money I was so disappointed. I purchased this book after watching Teresa Tapp on a PBS special doing the T-Tapp exercise routine. Then I checked out her website and it all seemed very positive so I purchased the book & the DVD. After describing her life, the book goes into confusing repetitive detail on muscle engaging, with many testimonials and detailed descriptions and pictures of the complex, crazy moves used during the workout. It was very confusing. When I started watching the incredibly short DVD, I was unable to follow the routines that had little or no instruction. I tried flipping back and forth in the book to try to make sense of the many different moves in each sequence. I was so frustrated and felt it was a total waste of my money & time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too confusing I watched a PBS special on T Tapp and thought it looked interesting, but the videos are prohibitively prices so thought I would try the book. Waste of time and money. There is just too much to remember while trying to work out and its confusing. Get this from your library before attempting and put aside hours to read before even getting to the work outs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good!!! though the setup of the book can be a little hard to follow, with the success stories mixed into the main body of writing, the message is clear and encouraging: it's for any level of fitness, and the workouts are described in detail. I never got the impression that this is a fly-by-night setup. In fact, purchasing the book is the best way to help me understand T-Tapp better. I went onto purchase the Basic Workout Plus, and now I'm able to live without back/leg pain, plus I lost 13" in two weeks.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from DVD Disappointment I purchased this book having checked out Teresa Tapp's website and read a number of positive things about her workout. The book contains an explanation of her journey in life, some good common sense information on muscle engaging, many testimonials and detailed descriptions and pictures of the complex, multistep moves that compose her workout. The language is straightforward. The advice on healthy nutrition is nothing new. The DVD is entitled "Fit and Fabulous in 15 minutes". Imagine my disappointment when, after reading the moves, I popped in the DVD thinking I would follow Teresa through the Basic sequence and find only a few instructions, most of which can be downloaded for free from her website. The red corner tag on the cover says "the secret to a flat stomach without sit-ups", but the whole book is about core & spinal muscles, so that wasn't a "red flag." I feel like I'm the victim of "bait and switch". In order to learn the workout, I either have to flip pages and run back and forth to the book as I try to learn these complex moves, with up to 18 steps (22 in one Total Workout sequence), or I have to spend another $40 to get the Basic Workout DVD. This lady professes to have written this book to provide the means to rehabilitation and better health to a wider audience. I wonder at what cost?
