Rated 4 out of 5 by from i really liked it but.......... what initially attracted me to this book was an ariticle in women's world and the pictures of all the foods. However, the book itself i find disorganized in terms of meals. yes, it has a recipe section but you have to search for each recipe because the page number is not given. Also, there are other sections of the book with recipes and i'm constantly flipping from one section to the other. this book should be reorganized for easier use. Great diet though, works well if you're willing to constantly flip pages.
