Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderfully Insightful and Honest. "Fried" is very much a book that addresses some challenges of the present times. It was an amazing read with many impactful moments. Joan Borysenko is one of my favorite authors and I commend her for her honesty and willingness to share. Love the book and would recommend it to all! Enjoy!

I was in chemotherapy, building a national movement; fighting for my life and killing myself at the same time. Wow! My only wish is that I had been able to have this precious book in my possession several years ago.
