From the author of the New York Times bestsellers Gabriel’s Rapture and Gabriel’s Inferno comes the epic conclusion to the captivating romantic trilogy.

Professor Gabriel Emerson has left his position at the University of Toronto to embark on a new life with his beloved Julia. Together, he’s confident that they can face any challenge. And he’s eager to become a father.

But Julia’s graduate program threatens Gabriel’s plans, as the pressures of being a student become all consuming. When she is given the honor of presenting an academic lecture at Oxford, Gabriel is forced to confront Julia about the subject of her presentation—research that conflicts with his own. And in Oxford, several individuals from their past appear, including an old nemesis intent on humiliating Julia and exposing one of Gabriel’s darkest secrets.

In an effort to confront his remaining demons, Gabriel begins a quest to discover more about his biological parents, beginning a chain of events that has startling repercussions for himself, Julianne, and his hope of having a family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE As happy as I was to finish this trilogy, I was just as upset that I finished it. Loved where it ended up. Great conclusion to an amazing series

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Fitting End To the Gabriel Series After reading both books prior, I was excited to read the last book seeing Gabriel and Julia navigate their relationship now as a married couple. Such as any married couple, problems and issues arise between them and Julia struggles with Gabriel's and her own past, trying to help Gabriel and herself find closure to their past demons. While Julia works on her Doctorate and Gabriel works at a Boston University teaching Dante and religion, her best friend and her boyfriend Aaron struggle with trying to have a child and Gabriel despite having a vesechtomy himself, changes his mind wanting children with Julia someday soon. When the procedure is reversed Julia experiences health troubles of her own while becoming pregnant. Julia's health is frail and as the couple navigate careers and building a family one wonders if they will ever find their happily ever after in some form. A wonderful serious I thoroughly enjoyed, plus I love to support Canadian writers who are as talented as Sylvain Reynard in both writing, research, and their love for Italy and great romantic/sex scenes :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stunning I love how the author weaves the history of art and literature through the plot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from perfect ending The book is for the women who are deeply in love with Professor Gabriel (like me). I just can't get enough of him, or maybe, am I the only crazy one here? But yes, the professor was an ass sometimes, he shouldn't have done the things he did, like making Julianne angry at times. Although, I won't say that the story is as strong as the past two books in series but since the writing style of Sylvain Reynard is so amazing, I just can't help praising it :) I'm waiting for your next story.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gabriel's Redemption Beautifully written. I would highly recommend this trilogy. The characters are well developed and easy to love. I especially enjoyed the art history lessons which I had forgotten from my early years. I understand a little of their journey to faith. A wonderful read.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from disappointed I am so disappointed with this book that I have been having a hard time finishing it. I wish that Sylvain Reynard wouldn't written the 3rd installment, I just can't get over the change in the character of Juliana how she has become so selfish

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good It was a good finale but...took me a while to finish

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Trite This is the final book of a trilogy. It was a let down. There was no tension, a little bit of steam, and a completely trite and predictable storyline. I found Gabriel completely patronizing in this book. And his co-dependency with Julia was less romantic than it was nauseating. With the benefit of hindsight, I don't think I would recommend this series. It started out with promise, but fizzled out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gabriel's Redemption Love this entire series!! Sylvain Reynard managed to incorporate history and religion into a romance storyline that, as far as this reader is concered, had no flaws!! I love how the series ended with no character plots hanging. Too many authors have a tendancy to introduce characters and then they just seem to disappear. I look forward to reading the next series Sylvain Reynard puts out. I have high hopes that it will be as gripping (in the sense that you won't want to pit the book down because you need to know what happens next) as this series was! Keep up the great stories Sylvain Reynard!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gabriel's Redemption I waited a long time to read the 3rd book in this trilogy and Reynard did not disappoint her readers. Although at times her emphasis on religion and faith was a bit over the edge, I thoroughly enjoyed the way in which she developed this final chapter and brought the numerous story lines to their satisfactory conclusion. Reynard promised that she would make sure that all of the major characters from the first 2 books would return and get their just rewards. This reader was delighted with the final outcomes - even with the twists and turns they encountered along the way. I would highly recommend all 3 books in the series and would love to read more of her work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The final chapter Ohhh I just love Gabriel. He is just a fine specimen in glasses. I am sad that the love story is over.. But I am happy the way it turned out. My only disappointment in this book was all the () written. They kind of drove me nuts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This ticks all the Right boxes This third and final book was more than expected. The evolution of Gabriel and Julianne continuing with their past struggles and ongoing challenges in all aspects of life. The redemption theme in this book was written beautifully along with interwoven interplay of Italian studies and past flashbacks. This a beautiful intelligent book and need to say thank-you the author for writing this book. Thank you Sylvain Reynard for taking the time to write this!
