about

THE NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER FROM THE AUTHOR OF THE LIFE-CHANGING MAGIC OF NOT GIVING A F*CK AND YOU DO YOU

The no-f*cks-given, no-holds-barred guide to living your best life

Ever find yourself stuck at the office-or even just glued to the couch-when you really want to get out (for once), get to the gym (at last), and get started on that "someday" project you're always putting off? It's time to get your sh*t together.

In The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F*ck, "anti-guru" Sarah Knight introduced readers to the joys of mental decluttering. This book takes you one step further--organizing the f*cks you want and need to give, and cutting through the bullsh*t cycle of self-sabotage to get happy and stay that way. You'll discover:

  • The Power of Negative Thinking
  • Three simple tools for getting your sh*t together
  • How to spend less and save more
  • Ways to manage anxiety, avoid avoidance, and conquer your fear of failure
  • And tons of other awesome sh*t!

Praise for Sarah Knight

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A no BS approach I liked this book a lot. Like all "self help" books some parts resonated with me more than others. However the parts that did resonated have stuck. I found the author's approach and references humourous and helped drive the message home. While her style might not be to everyone's taste as a nearing 30 millennial I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I didn't even finish this book. I have read a lot of self-help type books ... this book has nothing new to offer if you've read any amount of personal development books. I found it quite boring!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Quick Read Bought this book and read it through in one sitting. Definitely has some very good ideas. You will see the S and F words rather frequently throughout the book, which may offend some, but I was ok with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved this book! I bought this book a few months ago and just got around to reading it over the holidays. It was funny and so real. It opened by eyes to many ways I can get my shit together!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hilarious! I bought this book because I heard from a few co-workers its a good read. It does have good points for people who do not have their shit together but for people like me, it did not provide much advice for getting my shit together since all the information she shared I already practice. #plumreview

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was okay I thought Sarah Knight was funny, but I PERSONALLY wasn't a fan. But that's because I'm a goal-oriented person. This is a great book for someone who may not be.
