Rated 3 out of 5 by from really interesting reads a bit like a textbook and i think things could have been organized better but the information shared, both advice and experience of from the author, was so fascinating. lots of inside details and briefing on PR disasters and it was kind of crazy to know how things like that are sorted out. worth a read
