Rated 1 out of 5 by from A bit of a let-down. There is a lot of anecdotal evidence in this book, but a lot less fact. Do I really believe that sickness absenteeism can drop 40% with the addition of one green plant? No.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bait and switch... This book is basically the promotion of the Paleo diet. It also includes about 10 pages of useful information spread over endless anecdotes and homespun tripe. The kobo preview promised so much, and the whole book delivered mostly an expensive brochure. Basically, get decent sleep, stay connected to others, learn meditation, don't eat grains, enjoy nature, embraced challenges...you get the picture.
