Rated 5 out of 5 by from love this! Although it doesn't have many words, my son loves looking at the pictures and going through the story. Defiantly one for the library.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A classic to keep in collection When I first opened this book and saw there were little to no words, I was a little ticked off. But my children absolutely love it, and so do I now. I love that each time I tell the story, I tell it a little bit different. Parents have to pay full attention to what's going on in the pictures to tell their child the story and you can be as creative and funny as you like. It really is just the cutest little story that has you feeling for those animals that just want to get tucked in with the zookeeper and his partner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "Love at first read" This book became an instant favourite with our son when it was given to him as a Birthday present. It has been read so many times it is falling apart! I have to confess, it has become one of my favourites too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a really fun book My grandchildren have this book and can hardly stop laughing. It is extremely well written and offers a healthy dose of humour. It is a particularly fun book to read just before bed as it leaves them feeling very positive (and doesn't take forty-five minutes to read through.) It is also a book which I find requested to be read over and over again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A book that inspires your imagination This book is a bit unusual in that it has very few words, but what we've found is that we end up telling the story to our daughter just a little bit differently every time we read it. As our daughter's gotten older, we've started to encourage her to make up the story to go along with the pictures. I love that the book encourages my daughter (and me!) to be a creative story-teller. Lots of fun!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Night Gorilla Great book for preschoolers. Say goodnight to each of the animals - excellent bedtime reading. Lots to identify on each page (i.e. name the animal), or look for (i.e. watch for the balloon on the first page float throughout the rest of the book). Silly but relaxing fun.
