Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best 30-minute-a-day program to date I started out with Maureen Hagan's 6-week boot camp on CanadianLiving.com, so when I finished that program, I immediately purchased her book. She breaks your work-out down day by day and makes it easy to stick to the program. The secret is that she really talks you through it. There are diagrams of all the exercises and tips on nutrition and wellness. There is also a journal layout to record your progress and thoughts to keep you on track. Since she is a physiotherapist, she really makes sure that you're doing the exercises properly. It's worth purchasing this book .... and a set of dumbells! Consider it like having your own personal trainer without the hourly rate or the trip to the gym. Go for it! I did, and now I need a new wardrobe!
