Rated 3 out of 5 by from pretty good I've never really been a fan of girly books,i just could never get into them but i decided to give Gossip Girl a try and i have to say i really like it,i guess its just nice hearing about other peoples gossip and not having to deal with any of it.im going to start the third one soon :) ughh but i'm so upset blair didn't get to sleep with nate, i really thought they were gonna do it! :(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Better than the first I liked this one a little more than the first... though it seems that the designer name-dropping has gradually begun to increase. It kind of makes me wonder about the obsession and interest that people take in these kinds of things. As for the story itself, I was sort of expecting that there would be more scandal and drama, but it's really just a traditional YA novel wrapped in NYC glam.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ew. I used to kind of like the series... -- This is what I think now: okay, lets face it. This series sucks..who cares that B wants to get into Yale? Its soo obvious that she will..and S and N? be real, its not meant to be..D and V they hate each other when they're together, and love each other when they're not.. WHO CARES. B is a stuck-up you-know-what, S is the one who gets everything, even though she doesnt want it.. every girl is in love with N...this is how it will always be, mkay? All the books are the same; same problems; same secrets; same stupid story.. I cant believe Ive wasted my time reading the first 8...it was only during the 9th one that I realized it wasnt getting any better.. I was just lying to myself like 'Oh, it'll get better, something good will happen' Guess what? NOTHING HAPPEND. I stopped in the middle of the book..I just couldnt continue.. Shallow girls who are obsessed with money and Coach bags and Clinique or whatever the latest trend is, will love this book..as for me? Id rather read something that has a plot and a point.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from You know you love me... This book was great! The way the writer tells us the story about each character(less about Kati and Isabel) but whatever. Anyways i thought this book was great,I can totally relate with Serena and Blair's friendship. I recommend this book and of course the first one (Gossip girl). hope you liked my review!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Book! You Know You Love Me was a book I literally couldn't put down. In fact, I was kinda disappointed in myself because I finished it in two days and now I have nothing else to read! But as for the book. The characters are great. A mix of their views on life and society and their hopeless troubles with family, friends and crushes makes the book exciting and riveting. I suggest you read it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gossip Girl=Frothy Fun When I read the first page of Gossip Girl, I was instantly intrigued. I was amazed at how different a New York private school seemed from the one I attend in Toronto. This book is full of sex and scandal, and I would totally recommend it to anyone over the age of 12. Everyone at my school's addicted to the series!
