Not only are the tastes and textures authentic, but they are terrific. This book is a wonderful treat for anybody who cannot eat gluten, dairy and meat. It has opened up a world of eating pleasures! The photography and layout of the book is excellent. The selection and variety is a joy and all I can say is thank you! Enjoy the recipes in this book. They feel as good in your tummy as they do on your tongue!
