Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little disappointing Read Lemire's GA instead...the Rebirth GA just hasn't seem to have hit its stride.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A James Bond Thriller like Action!!! Benjamin Percy has redeemed himself in my eyes after reading this action packed James Bond like action thriller!!! Green Arrow, Black Canary & Diggle involved in another social justice/political intrigue was was fantastic to the point I read the second volume in one sitting!!! Artistically great with alot of different styles that flowed very well with Percy's story. The only flaw is a cosmetic one --- the Emiko story arc should have been the last story & not the first one in this volume. I was forced to skip Emiko's story because I wanted to know what happened Ollie after the end of the first volume. Still a great read!
