about

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Interesting look into one of the world's biggest brands I'm typically not a fan of business books but as a coffee enthusiast I was interested in getting a deeper look at one of the most recognizable brands in the world, and it did not disappoint. Schultz's narrative is honest and insightful. Starbucks consumers should give this a read as it gives a better understanding and appreciation for the brand's efforts in being a company with a conscience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Onward Get back to the basics ! If you run a business, you have to always remember this. We get so caught up with profits and business growth and compromise the quality of services we provide to our customers. It is simple yet hard to follow through. This book serves as a good reminder.
