Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible I have read this book a few times. Every time I read it I learning more. I put it beside my bed, and I read it often. I suffered from obsessive compulsive disorder for 16 years. I am free of my fear with the help of this book and other great books. This one is my favorite though, it is very easy to read and understand. It is also very practical helping us facing our daily stress and anxiety.
