Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Real Gem! Help Yourself To Seconds is a wonderful cookbook that I've discovered recently. A friend of mine mentioned it, I checked the reviews of the book and I was immediately convinced. I was excited as I purchased it and I began to use it immediately. The recipes are awesome! They are healthy, full of nutrition, easy to make and very delicious. My absolute favourite is the Fish Taco. Super easy to make and so tasteful. I made it several times for ourselves and for friends and it was always a big success. I have to say a few words about the Perfect Herb-Roasted Chicken as well. This is great for a last minute roast chicken dish. The combination of herbs is perfect, the meat is melt-in-your-mouth tender. While roasting, this chicken smells absolutely divine. And it looks so pretty! And finally if you like to prepare a really healthy and quick meal for dinner, I suggest to try the Fresh Quinoa Salad, you will be not disappointed. I love this book and encourage you to try it and experience for yourself!

Michelle's story is amazing, as a parent, her experience bringing her daughter back to health truly touched my heart! There is no limit to what a mother will do for her child! You are amazing Michelle! The recipes are easy to make, perfect for busy families, and are delicious! I love love love this book! It's not just a cookbook - it's a practical, how-to, healthy living guide! Way to go Michelle!!!

They are regulars in my meal planning and I'm looking forward to trying them all. I don't expect to find a bad recipe in the book.
