Rated 5 out of 5 by from A supremely useful book -- don`t be put off by the hokey title. This book was one of the most useful and practical books I've read during .. well, ever, really. It's conveys some simple to understand but very valuable information. It will straighten out some misconceptions you probably have about communication and, face it, communication is incredibly important at work, home, and everywhere else. The information in the book has been helpful to me at work and at home. Honestly! It's only through good fortune that I even discovered this book. I never would have read a book with such a hokey-sounding title, but it was recommended in a Skillpath course I took so I thought I'd give it a chance. Skillpath charges an obscene amount for this book so DO NOT buy it through them. Do buy and read this book though. You won`t regret it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Power Phrases Great Book This author really knows the ins and outs of business communication! Meryl Runion is second to none. Her book is an easy read (great for those of us with little time on our hands) with some fantastic ideas on how to manage your way through difficult work situations. I know - I used these ideas recently and successfully resolved a huge issue for both myself and my team! Highly suggest this book.
