He has bought a demon house in Indiana that has been described as a “portal to hell,” summoned the devil at the Hellfire Club in Ireland, and been attacked by a possessed doll in Mexico. But sometimes it’s his interactions with the living that rattle him the most, from innocent people harboring evil spirits to crazed fans to the victims of violent spirit attacks.

Through his investigations of the world’s most haunted places, Zak has learned far more about the living and the dead than anyone should. He’s been to the edge of death and back and come away with a spiritual key that unlocks doors to another world that few have ever seen.

Come along for the ride.
Zak Bagans never believed in ghosts until he came face to face with one during a terrifying incident in a Michigan apartment. Not the passive type, Zak set out to learn more about the paranormal. Rated 5 out of 5 by from This book is AMAZING! I personally really love the show "Ghost Adventures". I think it is real, but some of my friends do not. When I showed them the book they were curious. One friend asked me if she can borrow it and I said yes. After she read it she knew that stuff was not a joke. It is a real experience. I recommend this book to... People who like adventures, mystery and horror. I think Zak Bagans is amazing and I personally admire him.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredibly moving I wrote a review for Zak's first book and thought I would do the same here. I have never read a book where someone has been so honest about themselves. I was honestly moved to tears at some of the things that Zak talks about. It's like he knows that he cannot do this forever, but he cannot bear to give it up. Others parts angered me. I wasn't angry at Zak, but angry at the way that so called 'fans' have treated him. The incident at the restaurant particularly got to me. Plus the convention incident. All this man wanted to do was enjoy a meal and to greet genuinely nice fans. Again there were funny parts. The 'stinky cheese' story had be nearly wetting myself with laughter. Then there was the airplane story (gross, but hilarious). I felt bad for laughing, but the way he describes it...I'm chuckling now as I write this. I wish you well sweetie!
