Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great way to quit eating sugar Sarah doesn't make you quit sugar cold turkey. She eases you into a transition. The recipes are good and even if you don't follow the eight week program ( which I didn't ) it helps you make big changes in your diet. You just feel better and you realize there is just so much sugar in everything. Loved this book.
