Rated 5 out of 5 by from More than I could have expected This is quite possibly one of the most real, down-to-earth books that I have ever read. If you enjoy Jann Arden you will enjoy "If I knew..." It's filled with her wit and wisdom that I personally enjoy. Her music is a great joy, and so are her writings. I love when she talks about her parents the most. If you’ve ever seen one of her shows, you know the kind of stories that she tells. This is a must read for any Jann fan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Genuine Jann If I Knew...is one of those rarest of books - completely unique, yet also universal. Many of Jann's experiences and musings had me laughing out loud, while other entries in her journal made me cry as I read them to my husband. From having to sign autographs at her beloved grandmother's funeral, to the bad luck theory on plane crashes, her take on life continues to resonate with me weeks after I've finished the book. It's said that what comes from the heart, goes to the heart, and Jann's is as real and touching a book as you'll ever read.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jann never fails! Jann at her best, once again, but this time, in paper formant. I have never read anything that leaves the author so vulnerable. Her openness is rarely matched by any other author. This amazing collection of journal entries made me laugh so much and made me cry just as often. The range of emotion created by this book is simply beautiful.
