Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favourite cookbook I have dozens of cookbooks and this is my favourite. The recipes are straightforward and tasty - things you're actually going to eat, rather than flag for some "special occasion dinner" that never ends up happening. Some of my most often used recipes from the book are the chocolate chip cookies, the cheddar scones and the roasted cauliflower with sage. I love the photos and the stories.
