Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cookbook for the Instant Pot owner/lover! This book is well laid out. Recipes are easy to understand and follow. It has about 50 recipes that primarily make use of the pressure cooker function (which I think is the most fun of the functions anyway!). There's an excellent selection of recipes, right from how to make your own Mango Chutney. The Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani) and Chicken Vindaloo are both excellent. I have the new and smaller 3-quart duo and I find cutting the recipes in half makes more than enough for my family of two! I would recommend this book. It is also a good companion to Laurel Randolph's "The Instant Pot Electric Pressure Cooker Cookbook" as they are very similar in size and format.

Editorial Reviews

"If you've ever glanced at traditional recipes for Indian dishes, you'll know that they tend to use long lists of ingredients, require multiple steps, and take a great deal of time. Indian Instant Pot Cookbook aims to streamline the process while retaining the authenticity of the food, and begins with an introduction to pressure cooking and to the basic spices and ingredients you'll need to cook the recipes found in the book." -Mashup Mom blog"The recipes [in Indian Instant Pot Cookbook] are simple to prepare and average about 10-15 minutes prep time.
