Rated 1 out of 5 by from A 'Make Your Food Look Fun' Cookbook I was really disappointed with this cookbook. With fresh vegetables pictured on the front cover, I assumed this cookbook was about reinventing vegetables in our meals through a fun tool (the spiralizer) - therefore, hopefully a vegetarian and vegan friendly cookbook. However, this cookbook is filled with standard, meat and dairy filled meals that happen to have pretty spiral carrots on top.
