Rated 2 out of 5 by from Better recipes online. I bought this book and wish that I hadn't wasted my money. Cookbooks are just a waste these days, when you can find so many amazing recipes for free online. I never use this book. I love spiralizing and adding veggies to meals, but a lot of it is common sense or, again, recipe ideas can be found for free online.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great book and great website Ali is the best I found the website before I bought the book or the Inspiralizer. I used it with some success and some failures (as is the nature of cooking) and commented to Ali on her website. She responded with advice! I'm now eating more vegetables and fewer lower quality carbs which aside from the tasty meals is the best reason to buy this book.
