Even though the book focus is detailed toward pre-sale units, the information is applicable to all buying and selling circumstances. Suggest the authors' next revision include additional data about the resale market and turn this into a comprehensive reference tool.

The book is packed with info and written in simple language for the novice investor but also includes tons of valuable insight that the seasoned pro is sure to find useful. The real world examples and tips from industry insiders make this book easy read in addition to being highly informative. Follow the tips and use the checklist when buying a condo and the book will pay for itself many times over in the $$ you will save (or gain) by making an informed decision. This is really a no-brainer purchase for anyone thinking about buying a condo. Enjoy!
